Release what no longer belongs to you.
Sometimes a connection continues to hold us long after we know it's time to let go. It might be a past relationship, a person, an old pattern, a painful experience, or a version of yourself you're ready to leave behind.
A cord cutting is a ritual of release. It's a chance to acknowledge the connection, honor what it has been, and consciously choose to loosen your attachment to it.
The ritual
You tell me what you're ready to release. I get grounded, meditate on your intention, cast a circle, and call in the spirits. I speak with the spirits and elements about what we're asking for and what the release should look like. Then I sit with candles as they burn, about 45 minutes, focusing on cutting the cord. I'm with the work the whole time. When it's complete, I close with my own words, dispose of the candles, and clear the space.
Your reflection
Afterward, I'll write up what came through: the words, impressions, and what came through during the ritual, plus guidance on what to focus on in the days that follow.
Recording (optional)
If you'd like, I'll film the candles as they burn, so you can watch the work take place. The ritual is otherwise private.
This isn't about erasing the past or pretending something never mattered. It's about choosing what you carry forward, and what you're ready to leave behind.
Release. Reclaim. Return to yourself.
What to expect
After purchase, you'll receive an intake form. Share as much or as little as you're comfortable with.
Your reflection arrives within [3 days] of the ritual.
This work is about your side of a connection. It isn't used to influence or control another person.
Cord cuttings can stir things up. Rest, drink plenty of water, and spend time outside with plants and trees if you can.
This is spiritual support, not a replacement for therapy or medical care.
